Every mission we undertake is different and entails a variety of personnel, equipment and logistical support so in most cases we need to quote you subject to these requirements. Nevertheless, here are some of our standard operations that can serve as a guide for costs.

Photography and video : $150 per hour
                                               (min 2 hours)     ​

• Remote camera control
• Manual flying or

• 24.1 megapixel SLR stills             Nikon DX format RGB CMOS sensor Max resolution 6000 x 4000 pixels or Ultra HD 4k video
• Still image resolution 2cm
• GPS positioning accuracy 50cm  

Included :

• All travel within the Auckland region is free. 

Not included :

• Processing of files – Raw files from the camera will be supplied (unless requested otherwise).
• GST
• Travel costs (outside of the Auckland region).
• Accommodation if required
• Under CAA regulations there are some circumstances that require a second person, a Systems Manager, to assist the pilot. If your operation requires this there will be an additional charge of $400 per day.

• We include a Systems Manager in most survey operations to ensure maximum safety is attained and all data capture operations maintain maximum efficiently.

Data processing : $600 per day 

• 3D Orthomosaic or Multispectral imaging.
• generally one day of flight operations data will equal one day of processing to achieve professional level 3D Orthomosaics.

• Courier  within New Zealand is free.​

Not included : 

• Hardware for storage of data.

Video editing : $800 per day 

• editing to a professional standard and output in the format that best suits your intended use.
• soundtracks and voice overs can be arranged for an additional charge.

Research and Development : Quoted according to your requirements. Flexibility of costings is given to projects of substantial duration.

Consultancy  : Initial discussions are free and we are keen to review your project fully without the stress of having the clock running. We want to make sure that we are going to add value to your project before we take it on and we want you to make sure that you are spending your money on quantifiable benefits to your business. Once the basic parameters of the work are established, and the job has been accepted, our basic consultancy charge rate of $110 per hour commences.
